All apartments are just steps away from iconic bookstores, eclectic boutiques, luxurious retailers, top rated coffee shops, bars and restaurants and of course the very popular Sunday morning Farmers Market.
Metro Lines
Subway lines are right around the corner, specifically, the Dupont Circle Red Line Station. We have 4 apartments on the 1700 block of P Street NW, two blocks from the metro, 4 apartments on the 1600 block of 19th Street NW, 1/2 block to the metro, and 2 apartments on the 1700 block of 19th Street NW, 1 and 1/2 blocks to the metro. You could not be closer!
It's All Included
Internet, cable, utilities, even weekly cleaning is all included in our daily rates. We do not charge extra "hidden" fees to bump up our rates like many companies. We have NO application fees, NO move in fees, NO cleaning fees ect, ect. The only additional charge is for parking if needed which is available behind each property on a first reserved first park basis. You even have access to a private pool in the summer months, included!

We are a boutique local corporate housing provider not a large national corporation. We live in the neighborhood and manage our properties so help is only a phone call or text away. We can accommodate changing schedules and needs so personal service and flexibility is built in.
